Please use the following guidelines to determine if you’re eligible for a return or replacement.
Print Now Apparel will assume responsibility for:
- Off-center or incorrect placement of print designs.
- Products printed with the wrong image.
- Items that are shipped incorrectly – i.e. we send the wrong size, color, or type of apparel.
We are not responsible for:
- Customers who ordered the wrong size or the size ordered didn’t fit as expected.
- Customers who select the wrong image for printing.
- Artwork-related issues. To avoid low-quality prints, please follow our resolution (DPI), print size, and image requirements.
- Customers who provide an incorrect shipping address. We are happy to reship packages returned to our facility, but the customer must cover the added shipment costs.
Submitting a Replace Request
Did we make a mistake? Our apologies! We’re only human, and that means sometimes we fumble the ball. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please follow the below instructions to submit an exchange request.
- Snap a photo that accurately portrays the error. If the issue involves the print size, please use a ruler or tape measurer to depict the item’s dimensions.
- Email the photo(s) to info@printnowapparel.com using the subject line: “Replacement Request.” In addition to the image(s), please include a description of the issue, your order number, and the specific design with the issue (for orders with multiple designs).
Once submitted, our support team will reach out with a response within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note, all return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
